To make the products market share bigger and stronger, as a company developing strategy a joint venture SCBC (Siemens Low-voltage Circuit Breaker Co., Ltd., Shanghai) was successfully signed by Jinyi and Siemens Ltd., China in September 2005.
The 75% Siemens-owned share ownership of SCBC was bought out by Jingyi on Dec. 3rd 2008; the joint venture turned into OEM partnership as the settlement completion on Jan. 16th 2009.
Jingyi’s new headquarter is located at No. 2699 Caoying Road, Qingpu Industry Park, Shanghai. 180 million RMB has been invested into the business after the buyout. We have factory area 100,000 square meters. The area of R&D, production and warehouse is more than 30,000 square meters. 450 employees are currently employed, nearly 100 R&D engineers amongst specialized in multiple disciplines. All production lines with automatic quality test system are highly automated and standardized, ERP system is also implemented to sustain our operation.
Jingyi breakers have totally 23 categories, such as prestige HA multiple purpose and HM3 plastic-cased series. In addition, our products also cover custom Power Distribution Systems, Fitness Equipment, Real Estate Management, Electric Connectors, Metamorphic Robots, Cultural And Educational Products, Athletics Items and so on. Our main products already gain more than 100pieces CCC, CE and CB certificates.
Jinyi has been consecutively assessed to be one of the High-Tech Enterprises of Shanghai since 1997. From 1998, majority of our products have continuously held the title SHANGHAI Famous Brands. Subsequent to ISO 9001 certified in 1996, we also got ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certified in 2008, meanwhile, Jingyi was assessed as Shanghai Technology Giant Enterprises by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, as a Shanghai Patent Pilot Program Enterprise by Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration.
We passed ISO9001-2008 review in 2009. The prominent performance and innovative structure design had led “HIEMAO” multiple patents awarded. We have won many national and shanghai awards and been widely recognized as one of the most valuable brands in China.
